I got banned a few months ago because a gm said i used a bot without reasonable doubt.
I've been sending hundred of mails to support now the finaly ignore me compleet.
I asked for the prove they had but they could not show it.
If i would have used a bot i would have used it surely on my main account.
not on my other account or one of friends that stopped playing.
The whole thing how this happen really bothers me and i want to know if more people get banned like this

my mate got banned for using a G11 keyboard...he never got it back.

Well, its your word against their, even with the shitty job they are doing lately they still have some credibility.

G11 keyboards are just as bad as botting....and OP makes no sense saying "i would have botted on my main account."

My opinion is if you are using any programming to run the game/give you an edge you need banned.

If Support can't or wont help you then I'm afraid you are at the end of the line. There is nothing we can do.
